Kat Roberts

Kat Roberts is a musician, educator, program founder, and advocate for creative youth development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Hartt School of Music and a Master’s degree from the Boston Conservatory.

Kat and her husband, Morgan, founded MusicalArts Academy of Music and Dance in New Hampshire, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026. After relocating to Colorado, they established Mountain Performing Arts, an organization dedicated to high-quality training and performance opportunities for young artists in the South Denver region. 

An experienced teaching artist, Kat specializes in choreography, directing, and youth music instruction, and has directed more than 40 children’s productions. She is also an active musician, playing guitar, bass, piano, and voice. Kat is now partnering with three colleagues to broaden access to performing arts education and expand programming for young performers in Denver.

Morgan Roberts

Morgan Roberts is a teacher, director, and founder dedicated to inspiring young performers. He launched his first performing arts school, MusicalArts, with his wife Kat—now celebrating its 25th anniversary. After returning home to Colorado, he founded Mountain Performing Arts in Littleton, which has brought 12 years of engaging youth performances to the southern Denver metro community.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Hartt School of Music and a Master’s degree from Tufts University. He currently serves as the Drama Director at STEM School Highlands Ranch, where he leads students through dynamic, high-quality productions.

When he’s not directing, you can find Morgan rocking out on the piano, guitar, ukulele, or mandolin.

Suzanne Slade

Suzanne Slade is a songwriter, musician, doula, teacher, and activist. She is originally from NYC and has performed since age 4 in commercials, film, and stage.

Credits: TV-Law & Order, New Amsterdam, Black-ish. Tours- (Maureen) 'Rent'. Off Broadway- (Gino) 'A Day in Hollywood, A Night in the Ukraine'.

Suzanne currently teaches voice, guitar, ukulele, and piano at Swallow Hill Music. She has also been a teacher in Youth theatre for over 20 years in NYC, Philadelphia, LA, and Denver working with youth of all ages to promote excitement, courage, and adventure in the arts.

On the side, Suzanne is a British dialect coach and just produced her first original family theatre show, The Pumpkin Kid, with her partner, Jeff LaGreca.

Jeff LaGreca

Jeff LaGreca is a writer, director, and performer whose work spans theater, music, screenwriting, and youth-oriented storytelling. He is the co-creator of several original musicals, including the acclaimed a cappella show Minimum Wage: The Burgerboy Chronicles, which had its New York Off Broadway run at the Bleecker Street Theater. His writing for the stage also includes The Pumpkin Kid, Bijou and the Bots for GEG, The Gargoyle Garden for the Astoria Symphony and NYC Fringe, and Lysistrata Raps for Manhattanville College.

His screenwriting has been honored as a winner of the Write LA screenwriting competition, and his book adaptation was featured on the Coverfly Red List. Jeff’s children’s media work includes Simon & Simone, an educational music series he wrote and produced.

Jeff has an extensive background engaging young performers and audiences through Swallow Hill Music, Broadway Classroom, YADA, and the 52nd Street Project. In addition to arts education, he has worked widely in corporate events and branded entertainment, including creative direction and promotional performance for organizations such as AMC, NASCAR, The SyFy Channel, Verizon Wireless, WWE Promotions, and The New York Times.

He has performed in bands including H2Awesome! and Daenerys and the Targaryens. Jeff brings a signature blend of humor, theatricality, and heartfelt storytelling to every project.
